Terms and Conditions – Slam Bet Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Slam Bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or accessing any game or service on the Slam Bet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that offer only.

Slam Bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via account notification or email where practicable.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Slam Bet platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the Slam Bet platform. Opening multiple accounts, including accounts in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. This information must be accurate and kept up to date. Slam Bet may request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of routine security checks.

Accepted verification documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents in a timely manner may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or the account being suspended until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Slam Bet support immediately. Slam Bet is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing or failing to protect their own account credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the Slam Bet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time depending on operational factors outside our control.

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. Some bank transfer methods may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. Slam Bet does not charge deposit fees from its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges separately.

• Minimum deposit amounts per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from third-party accounts, including shared wallets, is not permitted.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Slam Bet account balance and may be used for gameplay across all available game categories.
• Slam Bet reserves the right to request proof that a deposit was made from an account in the player's own name before processing any related withdrawal.

If a deposit is credited in error — whether due to a technical issue or incorrect amount — Slam Bet reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit after notifying the player. Any gameplay conducted using erroneously credited funds may be voided at Slam Bet's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Slam Bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international T20 series.

Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game categories, maximum bet restrictions while using bonus funds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer before it is claimed. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any offer before claiming it.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• During active bonus play, maximum single bet limits apply. Placing bets above the stated limit while bonus funds are active may result in winnings from those bets being voided.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game category. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino titles.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. One bonus per registered account per eligible period applies unless otherwise stated.
• Slam Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer will have their claims honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

Attempting to abuse bonuses through bonus hunting, coordinated exploitation, or artificially low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and operational status of that payment method. In cases where the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, Slam Bet may request the player to provide an alternative verified account in their own name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until all required documents are received and reviewed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days once verification is complete. VIP players at higher tiers may benefit from faster processing windows.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed. Real-money deposits not attached to a bonus can typically be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• Slam Bet does not charge withdrawal fees from its end. Your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own charges separately.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Slam Bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Slam Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the integrity of the platform is at risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or wagering derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not related to the prohibited conduct will generally be returned to the player, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact Slam Bet support to request a review. Slam Bet will conduct a reasonable internal review and communicate the outcome to you.

11 Privacy & Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, and responsible gaming monitoring.

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slam Bet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform unavailability or technical faults beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension for Terms violations.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to secure their account.

Nothing in these Terms limits Slam Bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Slam Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Slam Bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification or email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
